As I am starting to pack for my trip to the USA, I thought it might be helpful to offer you some packing suggestions as well. You can also check out our previous post What To Wear?? 

Here is my current suggested packing list:

  • something yellow – for the sunshine parade
  • sunscreen – to protect your skin
  • sunglasses – to protect your eyes
  • shoes – flats / something comfortable to wear in the grass (this is an outdoor event)luggage
  • a change of clothes – if you want to be more casual after the ceremony
  • a light sweater / jacket – in case it gets cool in the evening
  • swimsuit /bathing suit – the swimming pool is open from 4pm-dark
  • dancing shoes – we will have a dance floor too!
  • Towel – for swimming, lounging on the grass, running around like a superhero, etc.
  • flip flops – great for getting in & out of the pool
  • camera – to capture the joy of the day
  • photo of Elizabeth // Roman – a special memory from you for our photo wall
